3 ways ajwain can help you lose weight easily!

 


1. Ajwain water

Take 1 liter of water in a pan and bring it to boil. Now, add 1 teaspoon of ajwain to it and let it boil for 3 to 4 minutes. You will watch the color of water changing slowly. 2. Ajwain-honey water

3. Raw ajwain

 4. Mixed spice powder

To prepare this powder, you require fennel seeds, ajwain, kalonji (nigella seeds) and cinnamon in equal quantities. Now, grind them together into a nice powder.
