How to treat dry hands and feet this winter
Avocado and sugar scrub
The fats in avocados nourish and repair a dry and damaged skin on your hands and feet. Mash half an avocado in a little bowl and keep aside. To this, add 1 tablespoon olive oil and half a cup of a sugar. Massage this scrub on your arms enriched moisturizer.
Yogurt mask
The lactic acid in yogurt creates it a natural exfoliate. Rub unflavored and un pasteurized yogurt on your dry arms and feet to restore your skin’s natural moisture. For additional smooth and silky skin, add a teaspoon of raw honey into the yogurt mix. Leave the mask on for at least ten to fifteen minutes before rinsing it off with warm water.
Olive oil and sugar scrub
While olive oil is recognized for its moisturizing and hydrating properties, sugar can aid exfoliate dry skin. In a bowl, mix 2 tablespoons each of olive oil and sugar. Aloe vera gel

Banana mask
Ripe bananas can aid hydrate the skin. Mash an overripe banana and keep it an aside. Next, add 1 tablespoon each of honey and olive oil, and mix nice. Massage this onto your hands and feet in a circular motion for five to seven minutes. Then, wash it off with tepid water. Follow with a moisturizer.
